Write to us

Email contact@ezzycommerce.store with the details below and we'll get straight to it:

• Your order ID — you'll find it in your confirmation email and in My Account.
• The name of the product your query is about.
• For a damaged, defective or wrong item: clear photographs of the item, the fault and the outer packaging. Send these within 48 hours of delivery so we can raise a claim with the courier.
• The phone number on the order, if it differs from your registered one.

Complaints and escalations

If a query hasn't been resolved to your satisfaction, ask for it to be escalated to our Grievance Officer at the same email address. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and work to resolve them within 30 days, as required under Indian consumer protection rules.

Business and press

For wholesale, collaborations, press or partnership enquiries, email us with Business in the subject line and we'll route it to the right person.

A note on safety

We will never call or message you asking for your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, OTP or account password — not for a refund, not for a delivery, not for any reason. If someone claiming to be from EzzyCommerce Store asks for these, it is a scam. Do not share them, and report it to us at contact@ezzycommerce.store.
